People want to be like God. Technology can help everyone live better. But as long as technology focuses on money rather than ethical values, the exact opposite happens.

Respect for life is the foundation for a better life for everyone.

Our world is shaped by the fact that there is no respect for life. A dangerous one Overconfidence Our actions are determined by what people are allowed to do and what not. This is evident in all areas of life. But especially when dealing with research and technology.

Respect for life means researching with responsibility and time.

Today came a call from We Move Europe by mail. It's about the most important topic we have at the moment. It's about that To shake people up. Shake it up so that everyone can see what is happening and what the consequences are. And to understand that we now have to express ourselves and oppose it. We have to use democratic means, as the climate movement shows, to express our opinion on more and more issues. And act consistently and don't look the other way.

Because the consequences of what should be done and what will be done are incalculable and threaten our livelihood more and more.

The People have long crossed the borderswhat they demand and expect from the world. And above all, they have lost sight of the fact that nature is very fragile. It is better not to play God and just presume to intervene in such a way that the whole complex system is thrown out of balance. A healthy respect for life should be the basis for our actions. In all areas of life.

We notice it in what we do with the pollution and the CO2 emissions have done. Or about the dangers we are supposed to have under control, like that Atomic Energy. And what we cause with the exploitation of animals. But somehow there is no waking up. Instead of saying to yourself: All right up to this point and no further ... from now on we will repair and slow down a bit ....... ideas such as releasing genetically modified insect populations to eradicate “pests” should now be implemented. And quite hastily and carelessly, even on a large scale.

We humans all make mistakes and that is why we have to be careful when the mistakes can have too dire consequences.

Man is not the creator. But we seem to forget that sometimes because we don't have any Respect for life to have.

Man is fallible. And we can't afford to make mistakes now. We have done enough damage and from now on we have to repair and maintain and care for our world. And we can best achieve this through a sustainable lifestyle. But not with wanting to correct the damage we are causing through our massive interventions in the ecosystem with further massive interventions. It goes wrong too easily.

In nature it has to be complex Interplay of forces be preserved. Otherwise it will collapse.

Here is the appeal from We Move Europe:

Hallo,

Hand on heart: who has not thought that it would be nice if there were no mosquitos? But we ignore the fact that mosquitoes - just like flies, rats and many other 'pests' - are an important part of our ecosystem. They are part of the complex web that we call nature and on which we humans also depend.

Nevertheless, scientists are currently working on a genetic technology that should exterminate entire species - by ensuring that selected species can only have male offspring. This could indeed eradicate many problematic pests - but the risk is far too great! We don't really know the complex network of biological relationships; other species could also be accidentally wiped out.

In the next few weeks, important votes will take place in Brussels that will determine the future of this new technology in Europe. We now have to convince politicians that the time is not right to give this research the green light. We are calling for a moratorium - until global rules have been found that eliminate the risks. .

Thousands of WeMove members are already supporting our plan to stop this dangerous research.

First, we will be commissioning opinion polls among people across Europe. We want to show politicians that there is no broad public support for this field experiment.

As soon as the results of the survey are available, we will draw attention to all of Europe by paying a visit to an important research laboratory in a small town near Rome. With our appeal and a huge mosquito in front of the laboratory, we will leave no doubt about what is being researched there. Of course, we will invite journalists and thus ensure that these images and news spread.

Your donation helps to ensure that our message is heard across Europe.

A survey costs 2.000 euros per country - so only 100 WeMove members need to donate 20 euros to finance a survey in an EU country.

I surprise you

Experts have made it clear that we don't yet know enough about this genetic technology to let it go into the wild. [1] But politics is under pressure: The donors want to start using outside the laboratories. We now have to make it very clear that we Europeans are against the test plans.

New technologies bring many advantages. They help prevent disease and ensure that people have enough to eat. But it is extremely important that research is conducted safely and not under time pressure so that large research companies can make a fortune by being the first to test new technologies. We are not alone in our concerns: The European Parliament and a group of European experts also say that research should be slowed down.

Help clarify our position on this risky research. There has to be reasonable controls in place until we know this technology is safe!

Donate now so that we can make it clear to top European politicians: Before this new technology can be used, all risks must be excluded.

I surprise you

We have already managed to get European politicians to make forward-looking decisions about research and technologies on several occasions. We achieved that with glyphosate. With plastics. Now we have to work together on Gen Drive technology.

Thanks for your support.

I wish you the best,

If we all want, then we can save the world for humans. We believe in it. It's close, but we'll make it.

The hundsfutter Team
Dog snacks with sprouted chickpeas.

Sprouted legumes contain particularly useful nutrients and vitamins that are not normally contained in the kernel. That's why we have hundsfutter the first snacks for dogs and dog menus with sprouted germs. Our respect for life always makes us look first for natural and nature-friendly, simple solutions. Because in many cases we already have the solutions to many problems, we just don't use them.

The new vegan, hypoallergenic pear snack for dogs from hundsfutter. With sprouted chickpeas. A product that is particularly good and made naturally.

We are working to find more such solutions. Because it's better for everyone and just the way to go.

With everything we do, we also want to make a contribution so that the world moves a little more in the right direction.

We are very grateful for the many people who honor this and order from us or buy our products in stores. Because in this way they show us that we are not alone with this feeling that drives us. And they help us to keep going. Thanks a lot for this.
